Returns & Refunds
30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If your backyard isn't more fun, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no drama.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be in their original condition with packaging where possible. We understand outdoor gear gets used — gentle, honest use is fine.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. snorkel masks that have been worn) can only be returned if unused and unopened, unless they arrived faulty.
How to start a return
- Email support@yardly.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back and keep your tracking number.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Many items are also covered by a 1-year warranty, and Yardly Care+ extends select products to 2 years.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap an item (e.g. a different color or size) is to return the original for a refund and place a new order so you're not waiting on inspection.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first re-check with your bank, then your card provider. If you still need help, email us and we'll chase it down.
